We try to be careful with information about you, and brief about it. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
NEAP Partners is a small creative marketing studio based on the Dorset coast. The site you're reading is neappartners.com. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for any personal information you share with us.
We try to collect as little as we can. There are two main situations.
When you fill in our contact form. We ask for your name, email address, the company you work for (optional), the timeframe you're working to (optional), and the message you send. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to think through what you've asked us about. Nothing more.
When you visit the site. Your browser sends standard request data (your IP address, the page you asked for, your user-agent string). Our hosting provider receives this in order to serve the page and keep the service running. We do not run analytics tools that profile you or track you across sites.
The site does not set any cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
A small number of trusted third parties handle data on our behalf to keep the site running and the inbox open. Each one has its own privacy policy, which is worth a look if you'd like the full picture.
Email enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on the work, typically up to twelve months from the last contact. After that, we delete them.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us:
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data improperly.
The simplest way is to email us at hello@neappartners.com with "Privacy" in the subject line.
If we update this page meaningfully we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The current version was last updated on 25 April 2026.
