Neap Partners · A creative marketing studio

Marketing, done with care.

We help brands move with intention. Strategy, identity, campaigns, and the websites and content that carry them — built with the care of a studio, the speed of an in-house team, and the plain talk of a business partner.

Open to work big or small — from a single campaign to a full rebrand. If the brief is interesting, we want to hear about it.

Why “neap”?

Measured, not quiet. That's the difference.

A neap tide is the calm one — when the sun and moon pull at right angles and the sea settles into a steadier rhythm. It's not still water. The current is still there. It's just moving with purpose instead of drama.

That's the kind of work we try to make. Confident without being loud. Precise without being cold. Small decisions, made well, compounding over time.

We read the tide before we try to change it.

§ 01 — About

A studio of two minds.

We are a small creative marketing studio based on the Dorset coast. We work with founders, marketing leads, and in-house teams who want a thinking partner — not a supplier with a timesheet.

What we believe

Good marketing is a long conversation. It rewards care, clarity, and the discipline to do fewer things, better.

How we work

Directly. No account managers, no layered handovers. You work with the people doing the work.

Who we work with

Founders and teams with something real to say. We take briefs of any size — a campaign, an identity, or a full build.

Where we are

Dorset, in a studio by the sea. We work with clients across the UK and remotely with teams further afield.

§ 02 — What we do

A full-service practice, done in pairs or in whole.

Take one piece, a few pieces, or the lot. Most engagements start with one service and grow into more as we learn the business.

01

Brand strategy

Positioning, story, and the framing that makes every later decision easier.

02

Visual identity

Logos, type, colour, and the full kit of parts that make a brand feel consistent.

03

Campaigns

Concept to copy to asset. Advertising that earns attention, in whatever medium fits.

04

Content & social

Editorial-quality content, calendars, and social systems teams can actually keep up with.

05

Websites

Design and build, end to end. Fast, honest, easy to own after we hand over the keys.

06

SEO & performance

Organic growth, paid acquisition, and the analytics to tell which one is working.

07

Email

Newsletters, lifecycle, and the sequences that turn sign-ups into customers over time.

§ 03 — Selected work

A few partners we're proud to have worked with.

Every project gets the same care — whether it's a six-week campaign or a full rebrand. These are the engagements we can speak about publicly.

Case 01 2025 HER5

A new face for a new category.

HER5 needed a website that could carry their ambition. We rebuilt it from positioning out, then kept the story consistent on social once it was live.

Case 02 2024 KTS Technology

A site that speaks to the board and the engineer.

KTS needed one website to do two jobs: a long B2B sales conversation and a developer's first five-minute look. We rewrote the story around their three audiences and shipped a site sales now quotes back to us.

Case 03 2024 Sitegates

Showing up like the craftspeople they are.

Sitegates was winning contracts on reputation alone. We built a small visual system and a social rhythm they could keep up in-house — photography, captions, and a calendar that lets the craft speak for itself.

§ 04 — How we work

Four chapters. One ongoing partnership.

A process we can describe in one paragraph, not five. Most engagements follow this shape — adjusted for the work.

i.
First, we listen.
Before a line is written.
Every partnership opens with a long conversation — sometimes two. We want to understand the business, the people, and the thing you care about that nobody else has thought to ask about yet.
Weeks 1–2
ii.
Then we plan, together.
A short written proposal — positioning, channels, the shape of the work. We send it as a document, not a deck. You mark it up, we talk it through, we land on something we can both stand behind.
Weeks 3–4
iii.
We build the first real thing.
A website, a campaign, a social system — whichever first useful artefact matters most. Shipped quickly so we can learn from something real, then refined in partnership over the weeks that follow.
Weeks 5–10
iv.
We stay, quietly.
For as long as the work calls for it.
A weekly written note, a monthly review, a standing call when it helps. The goal isn't to keep you reliant on us — it's to leave you proud of what your marketing looks like, every single week.
Ongoing
"

Less like an agency and more like a trusted extension of our team. We've never worked with anyone who listened harder.

§ 05 — Say hello

Tell us what matters.

Most partnerships begin with a short note and a conversation. Everything reaches us directly — we read it personally, and we reply personally, usually within a working day.
